This role combines relationship-building with a mission-driven purpose—helping families find peace of mind through pre-arranged services.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre-need funeral and cemetery options.
* Conduct in-home or in-office presentations, community seminars, and follow-up appointments.
* Develop and maintain relationships within the community and with referral partners.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship management.
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
* Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during planning conversations.
*Qualifications:*
* 2+ years of successful sales experience (insurance, financial services, or funeral/cemetery industry preferred).
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
