We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Sales Professional to join our dedicated team in helping families make informed and meaningful arrangements.
Position Summary:
The Sales Professional is responsible for guiding families through pre-need service options, providing education about our cremation and funeral offerings, and ensuring each family receives exceptional service. This individual will cultivate relationships within the community, assist families with their planning needs, and meet sales goals through a consultative and caring approach.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with families to explain cremation and funeral service options with compassion and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, community partners, and local organizations.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals through pre-need service arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company and state regulations.
  • Participate in community outreach events to promote SouthCare’s services and mission.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure each family’s experience meets the highest standard of care.
  • Qualifications:

    • Proven success in sales, preferably in funeral, cremation, insurance, or related service industries.
    • Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor; ability to work with grieving families with empathy.
    • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
