Cemetery Sales & Operations Manager - Bilingual Spanish speaking 

Location: North Bergen, New Jersey
Compensation: $80,000 Base + Commission & Bonus

Lead with Purpose — Build with Pride

We’re hiring a Cemetery Sales & Operations Manager to lead grave and Mausoleum crypt sales while also managing daily cemetery & Crematory  operations across three sites in North Bergen.

This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a motivated, organized, and compassionate professional who can sell with integrity and manage with discipline. This is not an entry-level role.

If you're experienced in cemetery sales or direct-to-family services and want to grow something meaningful, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership

  • Drive both pre-need and at-need cemetery sales.
  • Work directly with families to provide meaningful, lasting cemetery solutions.
  • Train and support five employees and hold them accountable to performance.

Cemetery Operations Oversight

  • Manage day-to-day cemetery functions across 3 sites, including:
    • Landscaping & grounds maintenance
    • Grave opening & closing logistics
    • Burial and monument setup coordination
    • Manage the High volume crematorium
  • Ensure high standards of care and compliance with all regulations.

Customer Experience Excellence

  • Provide outstanding service and professionalism to families in their time of need.
  • Represent the company with compassion, respect, and clarity at every touchpoint.
