MAU is hiring a Foundry Technical Sales Representative for our client. As a Foundry Technical Sales Representative, you will manage assigned sales accounts, coordinate technical service activities, and drive growth strategies for foundry customers. This is a direct-hire, remote opportunity.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science in chemistry, materials science, or engineering, or 2โ3 years of equivalent work experience
- 2โ3 years of related professional experience in an industrial environment
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience working in a foundry environment

- Experience with sales plan implementation
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Must have access to or live near a major airport
Essential Functions
- Direct assigned sales accounts through daily and weekly activities
- Implement short-term and long-term account planning
- Coordinate technical service and productivity improvement assistance to meet product performance expectations
- Coordinate customer requests utilizing internal company resources
- Coordinate new product requests with technical and sales management
- Implement marketing, profitability, cost-saving, and growth strategies for assigned sales accounts
- Represent the company as the primary point of communication for customer accounts
- Submit reports including sales updates, customer usage reports, sales forecasts, expense reports, service lab requests, and customer complaints in a timely manner
