About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who already knows how to run paid advertising and manage daily organic content across multiple platforms. This role is hands‑on, creative, and results‑driven—you won’t be “figuring it out” here; we’re looking for someone who can bring proven expertise and immediately elevate our presence.

Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms to drive measurable results (website traffic, leads, and in‑store visits).
  • Manage ad spend efficiently, ensuring cost per lead aligns with dealership goals.
  • Develop and post engaging daily content (photos, reels, short‑form videos, stories, etc.) for all 4 dealership locations.
  • Highlight promotions, inventory, customer experiences, employee spotlights, and community involvement.
  • Ensure consistency of voice and branding across platforms.
  • Increase website traffic, social engagement, and local awareness.
  • Strategically build campaigns that make people want to visit the dealerships in person.
  • Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, store traffic).
  • Work remotely to create and manage campaigns.
  • Spend time in‑house capturing content, coordinating with staff, and staying connected to the dealerships.
Qualifications
  • Strong portfolio of past campaigns (organic + paid).
