This role sits at the heart of our measurement ecosystem and is responsible for ensuring that the data underpinning our products is scalable, reliable, high-quality, and ready for measurement use cases. You will lead product decisions related to digital on-device, census-based, and partner-provided data sources while working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Commercial, and Legal teams.

As a senior product leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of media measurement by driving innovation in data collection, strengthening strategic partnerships, and enabling the delivery of trusted and commercially valuable measurement solutions.

What You'll Do

Own the Product Strategy

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for media data and measurement capabilities.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and evaluation through implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer needs, market opportunities, and strategic objectives.

Develop Measurement Data Capabilities

  • Own inbound measurement data products, including digital on-device, census-based, and partner-provided data sources.
  • Define requirements for data collection, ingestion, quality assurance, and measurement readiness.
  • Ensure data products support current and future measurement needs across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Drive continuous improvements in data quality, reliability, and scalability.

Lead External Partnerships

  • Evaluate, select, and manage strategic data and technology partners.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data coverage, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with partner dependencies.

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Commercial, and Legal teams.
  • Align stakeholders around priorities, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions.
  • Translate complex technical and methodological topics into clear business outcomes and product requirements.
  • Ensure successful delivery of strategic data initiatives.

Support Commercial Growth

  • Partner with commercial teams to communicate the value of measurement capabilities to clients and prospects.
  • Contribute to business cases for new data sources, partnerships, and product investments.
  • Help identify opportunities to strengthen our competitive position through enhanced measurement solutions.

Manage Risk and Innovation

  • Proactively identify risks related to data quality, privacy, compliance, scalability, and operational resilience.
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies in media and audience measurement.

Explore innovative approaches to data collection and measurement.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will:

  • Establish clear ownership and strategic direction for media data and measurement capabilities.
  • Improve the quality, reliability, and scalability of measurement data assets.
  • Build strong and productive relationships with key data and technology partners.
  • Successfully introduce new data sources and measurement capabilities.
  • Drive collaboration and alignment across Product, Technology, Data Science, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Reduce operational and partner-related risks through proactive management.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and competitiveness of our measurement portfolio.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within data-intensive, platform, analytics, measurement, or technology-focused environments.
  • Proven experience managing data products, data platforms, integrations, or large-scale data ecosystems.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing external vendors, partners, or technology providers.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in media measurement, audience measurement, advertising technology (AdTech), media analytics, market research, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with digital measurement, census-based measurement, panel data, streaming data, return-path data (RPD), or identity and matching solutions.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements within data-driven businesses.

Skills

  • Strong product strategy and roadmap management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to make decisions in complex and evolving environments.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on customer and business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to balance technical, operational, methodological, and business considerations.
  • English Professional Proficiency

Why Join Us?
