We're looking for an organized, dependable Operations Coordinator who enjoys variety in their workday. This unique position combines office administration with field support, making it perfect for someone who enjoys helping wherever they're needed. Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
  • Schedule jobs and maintain daily calendars.
  • Assist with office administration and customer communication.
  • Operate scheduling software and maintain accurate records.
  • Drive company vehicles and trailers when needed.
  • Assist field crews during busy periods or employee absences.
  • Coordinate with crews to ensure daily operations run efficiently.
  • Maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
