WHO YOU ARE
You are a sales and business operations support professional with 3-5 years of experience working for consulting, training, or SaaS companies supporting business development, sales, and customer relationship management teams. You are experienced in supporting sales pipelines, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating customer information, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the sales process. You have good communication skills, telephone skills, good email correspondence and presentation skills. You have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms, preferably (but not required) Salesforce, with a strong commitment to maintaining accurate customer data and system integrity. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the initiative to take ownership of projects from start to finish. You have strong time management skills, and you are a positive team player with a high level of dedication.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will provide operational and administrative support to the Business Development Team and Customer Success Leadership by maintaining accurate customer information, supporting Salesforce administration, coordinating customer data within IN-Gauge, and assisting with business development initiatives that contribute to company growth. This role aims to facilitate the team's activities by ensuring accurate data, streamlined internal processes, and timely operational support that maximize team performance and contribute to long-term customer success. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospects and clients and as a principal source of information for the Business Development Team and Customer Success Leadership. You will ensure comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of FPG’s’ unique selling points, features, amenities, services and sales policies throughout the business development and customer success teams.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
  • Calculating and presenting potential revenue analysis for hotels/groups to be used in sales proposals
  • Developing proposals/presentations for the business development team
  • Supporting the business development team with product demonstrations
  • Coordinating client meeting activity/ developing client meeting materials for above property events
  • Inputting and maintaining prospect and customer information within Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency while coordinating with Commercial Operations as needed.
  • Producing Salesforce, IN-Gauge, and Tableau reports, dashboards, and administration to support Business Development, Customer Success Leadership, and operational reporting.
  • Working closely with the marketing department on lead generation activity, event management administration and event attendance where needed
  • Working closely with marketing to ensure all sales promotional literature is current and updated
  • Coordinating sales team by managing schedules and their sales progress
  • Supporting the sales team with travel planning and expense management
  • Be the go-to support team member at HQ for the Sales team
  • Supporting Business Development activities through opportunity coordination, customer information management, and sales pipeline administration.
  • Maintain IN-Gauge client profiles, tenant mappings, and customer records.
  • Coordinate customer information updates related to PMS/POS transitions, ownership or management changes, rebranding efforts, and product additions.
  • Respond to internal requests for customer information, reporting, and account documentation.
  • Perform routine quarterly audits to ensure Salesforce and customer information remain accurate and current.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and internal efficiencies.
  • Proactively communicate project status, priorities, and potential risks to stakeholders.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 
  • 3-5 years of experience working for Consulting/ training / SAAS companies in sales, business development, and/or client relationship management supporting sales teams to build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Good communication skills, telephone skills, good email correspondence and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills. Other languages have a distinct advantage, also
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent education
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM web-based systems, including Salesforce
  • A positive team player with a high level of dedication
  • Experience in administration and process support
  • Strong time management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining CRM data integrity and customer information.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary $48,000-$55,000 + incentive plan
