Development Manager

WHO WE ARE:

TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. Our mission is to create opportunities for our supported individuals. We encourage inclusion through our programs and ensure that our supported individuals live as independently as possible and engage in all aspects of their community.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE THE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ?

Outside of your daily work, you will have an impact in the lives of our supported individuals. You will support TCH's fundraising goals by managing donor communications, stewardship, and engagement strategies. Working under the direction of the Development Director, this position oversees donor relations, external communications, the website, social media, and the donor database while identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors. The Development Manager also plans and executes donor events, tracks fundraising outcomes, and collaborates with staff and community partners to strengthen philanthropic support for TCH.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in non-profits, sales, marketing or related fields; five (5) years of related work experience; an Arizona Driver’s License and clean MVR; and the ability to pass background checks and a pre-employment drug screening.
