Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process through the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for employment opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Operations and Corporate leadership to meet staffing objectives and workforce planning goals.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding & Employee Development
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

  • Support employee training initiatives focused on communication, leadership development, and performance improvement.

  • Monitor employee engagement and performance through company systems and reporting tools.

  • Help foster a positive, team-oriented, and inclusive work environment.

Community Outreach & Field Recruiting
  • Conduct field recruiting efforts throughout Kauai by visiting local businesses, community events, and high-traffic areas.

  • Distribute recruiting materials and promote available employment opportunities.

  • Partner with Operations leadership to identify effective recruiting locations and strategies.

  • Represent EDS Service Solutions at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs.

  • Travel as needed to support recruiting efforts, including neighbor islands and occasional mainland assignments.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce management.

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Experience supporting employee training and development programs.

  • Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and performance management.

  • Contract staffing experience is preferred.

  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
