We're growing and looking for a dependable Executive Assistant to help keep things organized and moving forward behind the scenes.

About the Role

This position works directly with the owner and leadership team to help manage schedules, communication, follow-ups, and day-to-day operations.

If you're organized, proactive, good with people, and enjoy keeping things on track, this could be a great long-term opportunity.

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of tasks, stay ahead of deadlines, and help bring structure to a busy construction company.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support the owner and leadership team with daily administrative tasks
  • Manage calendars, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Help keep projects, documents, and communication organized
  • Coordinate office activities and team meetings
  • Track action items and make sure important tasks don't fall through the cracks
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members
