About the Platform Operations Squad

The Platform Operations Squadis responsible foroperating, supporting, and continuously improving theDeveloper Platformplatforms and services.

The team's goal is to reduce operational burden through automation, improve platform reliability and adoption,eliminatetechnical debt, and enable software teams to be more productive through scalable self-service solutions.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivatedsoftware developerwho is passionate about automation, platform engineering, and continuous improvement.

More than a technology expert, we are looking for someone who is curious, driven, challenges the status quo, and actively seeks better ways of working. The ideal candidate combines strong software development skills with platform administration experience and the leadership mindset needed to help elevate the team and drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, andmaintainplatform services, automation solutions, and internal engineering tools.

  • Improve and supportDeveloper Platformplatforms and SDLC tooling.

  • Automate operational processes andeliminatemanual work wherever possible.

  • Develop self-service capabilities that improve developer productivity.

  • Identifyand reduce technical debt across platform solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues.

  • Contribute to platform architecture, standards, and engineering best practices.

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and development best practices.

  • Experience working with cloud and container technologies.

  • Experience with Terraform Cloud, Kubernetes/Openshift, Ansible,Github(includingGithubCopilot), Azure

PreferredQualifications:

Experience with the following:
