Company: Chapman BMW on Camelback
Location: 830 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85014
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 12pm-8pm | 5-day workweek
Pay: $2,600/month


About the Role

Our Chapman BMW on Camelback location is hiring a BMW Genius to deliver an exceptional client experience through product expertise, customer support, and brand representation. This role is ideal for a customer service-oriented professional with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn and explain new technology.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients in the sales and service departments and introduce BMW Genius services
  • Explain vehicle features, technology, and product information to clients
  • Assist the sales team with test drives and vehicle deliveries
  • Communicate appointments, vehicle deliveries, and scheduling updates with sales staff
  • Educate clients and dealership teams on new BMW products, features, and accessories
  • Follow up with new owners to ensure satisfaction and answer questions professionally
  • Stay current on BMW technology, features, and competitor products

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new technology and clearly explain features to clients
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and dealership technology systems
  • Valid Arizona driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
