PROFILE:
- Understand business and technical requirements
- Consulting, design and development expertise in CMDB and ADDM
- Communicate strategies and best practices like ITIL v3 for product implementation
- Install and configure BMC ADDM, Atrium CMDB and integrate it with complete BSM environment like BPPM
- Setup BMC Atrium and configure data models
- Integration with other CMDB and setup federation
- Define patterns where ever needed.
- Troubleshoot and support BMC applications and systems
- Draft requirements, technical installation, configuration and customization specification documents
- Draft use cases and functional requirements documents
- Demonstrate BMC products to customers
- Respond to customer requests for product or solution information
- Estimate level of effort to design or deploy products or solutions
SKILLS:
- Should be able to customize Common Data Model as per Integration requirements
- Creation of new CI Relationships, Attributes
- Consulting, design and development expertise in CMDB and ADDM
- Integrate BMC Atrium with third party CMDB like Service Now
- BMC Atrium Reconciliation configuration
- Candidate preferable BMC certified professional on BMC Atrium CMDB, Asset Management and ADDM learning path with exposure to other BSM technologies like Remedy, Blade logic and BPPM.
