Job Description

PROFILE:

  • Understand business and technical requirements
  • Consulting, design and development expertise in CMDB and ADDM
  • Communicate strategies and best practices like ITIL v3 for product implementation
  • Install and configure BMC ADDM, Atrium CMDB and integrate it with complete BSM environment like BPPM
  • Setup BMC Atrium and configure data models
  • Integration with other CMDB and setup federation
  • Define patterns where ever needed.
  • Troubleshoot and support BMC applications and systems
  • Draft requirements, technical installation, configuration and customization specification documents
  • Draft use cases and functional requirements documents
  • Demonstrate BMC products to customers
  • Respond to customer requests for product or solution information
  • Estimate level of effort to design or deploy products or solutions

SKILLS:

  • Should be able to customize Common Data Model as per Integration requirements
  • Creation of new CI Relationships, Attributes
  • Consulting, design and development expertise in CMDB and ADDM
  • Integrate BMC Atrium with third party CMDB like Service Now
  • BMC Atrium Reconciliation configuration
  • Candidate preferable BMC certified professional on BMC Atrium CMDB, Asset Management and ADDM learning path with exposure to other BSM technologies like Remedy, Blade logic and BPPM.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certified will be added advantage.
