We are currently looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our dealership to new heights and ensure exceptional operations across all departments.

Position Overview: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dealership, ensuring both customer satisfaction and financial success. You will manage all aspects of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments, while setting and achieving business goals. Your leadership will be key in driving the dealership's overall performance and maintaining its positive reputation in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit goals.
  • Oversee customer service initiatives and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all touchpoints.
  • Analyze financial performance and create strategies for increasing profitability while managing costs effectively.
  • Hire, train, and develop dealership staff, including department managers and sales personnel.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock of vehicles and parts to meet customer demand.

Qualifications:
