Job description

Broward Motorsports of West Orlando is hiring a Service Manager!

Manage a shop servicing the powersports industry.

Hire, retain, train, and manage service staff.
Be the customer facing representative.
Set appointments and manage scheduling for technicians.
Manage department with turn-key Lightspeed EVO system.

Skills needed:

An absolute commitment to great customer service.
An ability to work with current staff to create a congenial work environment.
Ability to multi-task and be able to prioritize efforts to maximize customer care and profits.
Ability to work with other department managers to assure the smooth flow of sales.

Ideal candidate:

General parts department knowledge. Current experience as a powersports service manager in a busy multi-line dealership.
Knowledge of OEM policies and warranty procedures.
Proven track record of generating profits and assuring great customer service.

Other candidates:

Manager or service writing experience in a powersports or automotive dealership.
Service writing experience with the desire to advance.
