Job description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to:
Customer and Corporate contacts both internal and external communications and follow-up of those contacts.
• Maintain the files in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
• File all receiving and shipping documents as required.
• Have a basic understanding of Microsoft office, Excel and Word programs and their use and operation.
• Take data and accurately enter into spreadsheet for processing by internal Custom’s department.
• Aid the Customer Service Coordinator with all operations’ transactions.
• Aid JVSF Business Unit Manager with general office and clerical duties.
• Perform related work as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintaining warehouse records in a complete and accurate manner.
• Keeping all warehouse areas clean and organized at all times.
• Staging materials, packaging and supplies required by the Warehouse Supervisor or designated representative.
• Recording of reports as required.
• Assist in training as required.
• Reports on all matters that require his/her attention.
• Adheres to compliance with company safety and housekeeping regulations.
• Performing incoming inspections as required.
• Performs related work as required, as well as additional duties as instructed.
