Job Description Summary
The TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) Data Entry Clerk provides clerical and data entry support to ensure accurate recordkeeping and efficient program operations.
Responsibilities include inputting participant information into the Blumen database, creating and maintaining program folders and electronic files, and organizing participant paperwork.
The Data Clerk also assists with preparing recruitment packets, answering and making phone calls, picking up and distributing mail, and helping distribute program flyers across campus.
Additionally, the Data Clerk may attend program workshops and events as needed to provide support.
This position offers on-the-job training.
The ideal candidate can work independently and as part of a team on projects requiring collaboration to complete tasks.
Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, accurate typing skills, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success in this role.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of related work experience to include data entry and database maintenance.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Accurate typing skills with ability to identify errors.
Ability to enter data in a quick and proficient manner.
