Your Mission

As the Data Processing Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for preparing client mailing lists for production. Your team will take client instructions, process the data through a series of steps using specialized software, and ensure the lists are accurate and ready for our Delivery team. In this role, you are accountable for making sure all client instructions are executed correctly and efficiently, and that the final product meets quality and timeline expectations.

Schedule
  • This is a full-time in-office position
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
Compensation
  • Based on experience (Data processing and/or Supervisor skills)
Specific Duties Include
  • Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance against daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Review productivity and attendance, and provide coaching to improve performance
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and customers by phone and email
  • Follow instructions accurately and ensure they are clearly communicated to the team
  • Promote teamwork and employee development through regular interaction, coaching, and engagement
  • Use Microsoft Excel confidently to support data processing tasks
  • Read, interpret, and execute mailing list instructions to ensure lists are processed correctly and in the proper order
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
  • Proven ability to supervise staff and lead a team with confidence
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure while meeting deadlines and quotas
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, dependable, and accountable
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
