CCR - General Data Entry
Company Intro
Advanced Interiors is the industry leader in providing interior finishes to the residential new home market. We also serve the retail, remodeling, commercial and multi-family markets focusing not only on the products, but also the services that the new homebuilder needs. Our business has grown to include not only flooring, but also a full offering of cabinetry and a Stone Division where we fabricate our own Granite and Quartz.
Position Summary
The Data Entry role is a full-time, hourly position primarily focused on supporting sales order processes and preparing job files. Daily responsibilities include entering quotes for customer orders, managing initial scheduling inputs, and providing general assistance with sales orders.
Shift Hours
8:00am-4:00pm
Core Responsibilities
Assist and provide service to clients through the following functions:
  • Management of Product Procurement
    • Authorize sales orders to initiate product procurement
    • Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to track logistics and confirm the punctual delivery of inventory
  • Sales Order Administration
    • Estimating and Quoting
      • Generate and record quotes for designated client accounts
      • Support estimators in the creation and entry of job documentation for incoming orders
      • Log modifications and change orders within the CRM system
    • Coordinate scheduling for measure appointments
    • Prepare job materials for the measurement team
    • Establish preliminary schedules for installation with customer
  • General
    • Act as the primary point of contact for operational queries from assigned customer accounts. Collaborate with the Advanced Interiors team to meet client obligations and relay necessary information or updates back to the builder.
