Are you passionate about leading a marketing measurement and analytics discipline to strategically develop and implement a best-in-class practice?  We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Measurement & Analytics Director to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing measurement and analytics strategy that connect marketing outcomes to business impact.  You will be a thought partner at the forefront of developing actionable metrics and insights for global marketing, digital commerce and experience.  

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

Responsibilities
  • Pragmatic Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a global marketing measurement and analytics strategy that aligns marketing outcomes with business impact 
  • Team Development: Motivate and develop a high-performing team to think strategically and act tactically, ensuring clear communication of insights and story line
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with and gain alignment from stakeholders on measurement methodologies, metrics and measurement ecosystem
  • Strategy & Team Leadership: Lead the marketing measurement and analytics team, providing insights, interpretation of data and recommendations to achieve business goals and optimize ROAS/KPIs
  • Measurement: Lead Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution and other initiatives globally for multiple lines of business to optimize resource allocation
  • Innovation: Develop new strategies and evolve test-and-learn experiments with emerging measurement approaches and tools
  • Insight Generation: Create and manage actionable metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts across various channels
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global teams, including Marketing, Data & Analytics, corporate resources, and external agencies to drive effective evaluation and optimization of marketing efforts 
  • Emerging Technologies: Assess and recommend emerging technologies and supplemental data to improve business outcomes
  • Exploration: Develop capabilities and skills to proactively explore trends and develop insights to help inform strategic recommendations
  • Regulations: Proactively assess and formulate a perspective on industry and regulatory changes impacting measurement

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or related quantitative field 
  • Must have 10+ years of marketing, measurement, media, or analytics supporting annual spend of $25M+, whether through advertiser, agency, or measurement vendor (e.g., Nielsen, comScore, etc.) experience    
  • Must have 5+ years experience in marketing measurement tools that track and analyze marketing performance and developing MMM and Multi-Touch Attribution
  • Must have 5+ years of leading both direct and matrixed teams
  • Must have experience with structured & unstructured data including first & third party and how to transform into strategic insights
  • Expertise with translating marketing results with business outcomes
  • Previous experience conducting strategic analysis with Senior Leadership
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred: 

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Finance Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or related quantitative field
