Title: Junior Operations Analyst
About this Job
This role seeks an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented individual proficient in handling large datasets with precision and dedication. A natural multitasker, they excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changes. (This position is internally referred to as Data Entry Specialist.)
Objectives of this Role
  • To support our pricing desk and increase efficiency by taking over administrative and data entry tasks
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Handle and process data entry tickets within the assigned queue
  • Prioritize and address tickets accordingly
  • Create opportunities once data entry is completed
  • Generate RFP tickets/document needed tickets for the next analyst to continue workflow smoothly
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Detail oriented
  • Time and data management
  • Bachelor Degree is highly encouraged
  • Experience in the energy space is a large plus, but not essential
