Analyst CX

Position Summary: 

The Analyst CX helps account managers, operational leaders, and customers turn data into meaningful insights. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing information from multiple sources to track performance, identify trends, and uncover improvement opportunities. Supports account health reviews, business reviews, dashboards, reporting, and network modeling while partnering across account management, operations, finance, engineering, solutions, and transportation to strengthen customer performance and decision-making. 

Your role on the team: 

  • Translates complex data into clear dashboards, executive summaries, presentations, and business insights.
  • Develops, maintains, and distributes KPI and performance dashboards for customer accounts, operations, and leadership.  
  • Collects, validates, and organizes data from multiple systems to ensure accurate and consistent reporting. 
  • Monitors operational and customer KPIs to identify trends, service gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.  
  • Partners with account management and operations to define KPIs, targets, thresholds, and reporting requirements.  
  • Creates recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for customer and internal business reviews.  
  • Investigates performance variances and summarizes key drivers, root causes, and recommended actions 
  • Supports customer health scorecards using operational, financial, service, and relationship metrics.  
  • Collaborates with operations, finance, engineering, solutions, transportation, and account management to validate findings and support decision-making.

  • Supports GEODIS’ programs for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Ethics, Compliance, CSR and Sustainability 

What you need: 

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in analytics, supply chain, logistics, operations, finance, or reporting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, problem-solving, and presentation development.  
  • Experience managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.  
  • Experience with Power BI and SQL, or similar tools preferred.  
  • Supply-chain, warehousing, transportation, or third-party logistics experience preferred
