Kolb Electric is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our thriving team. We have provided award winning electrical design, repairs, installation, and customer service for 100 years, and we are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to be a critical part of our fast-paced and quality-driven electrical service business. Our dedicated team serves property management, commercial, and residential clients throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia. In this exciting and rewarding position, the Customer Service Representatives will support our Service Managers, Dispatchers, and Electricians.  This team member must be extremely detailed and customer service oriented. Recent college grads with prior service office experience are encouraged to apply. You will be responsible for and or assist with the following: AR/Scheduling/Dispatch/Call Intake/Suggestive Sales/Outbound Calls. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week. Wage will be aggressive and commensurate with experience.

Duties and Responsibilities for Administrative Assistants/Customer Service Representatives Include:

  • Daily phone and email interaction with customers, vendors, and Employees
  • Provide customer service that is polite, kind, and  friendly. Be prepared to assist in providing best in class service
  • Able to multi-task, communicate effectively and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide support where necessary from a service and administrative perspective
  • Responsible for assisting with the following: AR, Scheduling, Dispatch, Filing, Customer Service
  • Other duties as needed for success that may arise from time to time

Requirements

  • 3-5 years Customer Service or related experience preferred
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Rapid data entry and/or Service Management Software experience a PLUS
  • Personable and customer focused demeanor
  • Drug and Background Screen required
  • Three (3) Professional work experience references required
