Job description

Main Tasks
Receives and monitors inbound orders from customers
Accurately keys customer orders into Sage and ensuring all details are correct and match the customer's PO in accuracy and completeness
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer orders
Initiates and coordinates requests for new part number set up (as applies)
Initiates and coordinates pricing requests (as applies)
Handles updates to the order per the customer request (quantity change, date change, ship to, etc)
Answer inbound calls
Provide a high level of service to our customers
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience relating to customer service
Typing speed and accuracy
Intermediate level knowledge MS Office Products to include Excel, Word and Outlook; experience using Sage x3 or SAP, SAP4Hana and EDI are a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, including speaking, writing, active listening
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
Must be able to read, understand, and comply with written and verbal instructions
Must be authorized to work in the United States
