Overview

We're looking for a strong operational leader to oversee and elevate our HVAC team in Bowling Green, OH!

If you have experience leading skilled professionals, driving performance, and building scalable systems, this is your opportunity to make a major impact. Experience in HVAC service is preferred, but not required-we value transferable leadership experience from home services or other field-based industries.

As the HVAC Manager, you'll own the day-to-day service operations, ensuring our HVAC team is productive, supported, and delivering exceptional work. You'll drive scheduling efficiency, technician performance, and operational excellence to position the business for continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the team to hit performance goals and deliver high-quality service.
  • Own daily operations. Set priorities, remove roadblocks, and lead with clarity and purpose.
  • Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve team performance and profitability.
  • Partner with leadership and sales to align operational execution with business growth.
  • Ensure job quality, material usage, and timelines meet customer and business expectations.
  • Promote and enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards across all job sites.
What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in field service, trades, sales, or operations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and deliver performance results.
