Customer Service Operations Specialist
Full-Time Onsite – West Babylon, NY
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As the Customer Service Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customer service operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.

What You'll Do

  • Professionally answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer support
  • Maintain accurate records, data entry, and office documentation
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and internal departments
  • Support daily office operations and administrative workflows
  • Assist in maintaining organized processes in a high-volume environment
