Premium Velocity Auto / Jiffy Lube (PVA) is seeking dependable, growth-minded Automotive Customer Service Advisors who can build trust, guide customers confidently, and deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish.

No automotive experience needed — we train! A valid driver's license is strongly preferred, but not required.

Position: Customer Service Advisor (CSA)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll guide customers through their entire visit — while also performing basic maintenance services as a trained Lube Technician. This role combines customer service, sales, communication, and hands-on automotive work, creating strong career pathways in both customer care and automotive services.

What You'll Do (High-Impact Responsibilities)

  • Greet customers, review their service needs, and escort them safely from their vehicles
  • Clearly explain available services, promotions, and recommendations
  • Provide unbiased, trustworthy recommendations based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate service updates throughout the visit
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance (oil changes, inspections, fluid top-offs, wipers, basic component replacements)
  • Review completed services with customers, ensure satisfaction, and encourage return visits
  • Assist the team and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Valid U.S. driver's license (preferred)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
  • Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, crawl, reach, and climb stairs
  • Comfortable working in enclosed or semi-outdoor environments
  • Proven face-to-face customer service or sales experience
