What Youll Do

  • Operate our Customer relationship platform to help address customer concerns.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, appointment reminders, and repair status updates. scheduling appointments.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of repair orders and customer information
  • Assist with warranty submissions, parts coordination, and service follow-up
  • Support overall shop flow to help ensure timely, high-quality repairs
