Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Integrity
  • Serve as the subject matter expert across all consumer data, investigating patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within complex datasets.

  • Partner with the Analytics team to drive the evolution and enhancement of reporting dashboards (Adobe, Tableau, Data Bricks), ensuring data is accessible, transparent, and actionable.
  • Utilize AI tools to evolve reporting capability, and to develop reporting templates and presentations.

Optimization & Insights
  • Perform statistical analysis and provide insights for A/B testing, advising on experiment design and interpreting results to optimize marketing efficiency.
  • Analyze performance and efficacy of the 1P database, identifying trends and opportunities to maximize engagement and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Analytics and IT teams to design and optimize data structures, implement new tools (e.g., CDP), and ensure efficient, high-quality data flows that meet strategic analytical and reporting needs.
  • Partner closely with the Consumer Insights team to develop a more comprehensive view of our digital consumer, identifying gaps and opportunities for further insights (surveys, consumer panels, etc).
  • Incorporate clean rooms (AMZ, HD, Walmart) into ongoing testing strategies and insights gathering.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging tools and technology to advance our data and personalization capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role focused on CRM, customer data, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex querying, data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Proven, in-depth experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and major CRM/Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze).
  • Strong proficiency with data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Deep practical experience analyzing and unifying complex, multi-channel consumer behavior data.
