Job description

Fox Bros. Piggly Wiggly is a 100% employee owned grocery chain with 10 locations in Southeastern Wisconsin. We have been awarded "Top Workplace" by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for several years in a row. Here is a snapshot of the duties you can expect:
BASIC FUNCTION :
Effectively and efficiently assist in managing front-end operations. Cover for CSM in their absence. Maintains high standards of customer service and promotes team cooperation. Promotes and maintains positive customer, community and employee relations. Most of the time is spent doing hands on administrative, basic monetary transactions/reconciliation and direct customer service function at our front-end customer service desk.
EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED :
Proficient skill in operation of standard office equipment such as fax, multi-phone line equipment, PC, copy machine, calculator, printers, typewriter, mail related equipment, scanners, etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Enjoy working within a team, customer and employee focused environment. Able to be flexible/versatile, multi-task and be self-directed.
