  • Design and optimize automated flows and lifecycle campaigns that convert
  • Build CRM strategies focused on retention, personalization, and loyalty

  • Develop smart customer segments to deliver highly relevant messaging
  • Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life
