Senior CRM System Analyst

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Evanston, IL or Raleigh-Durham, NC.

The Senior CRM System Analyst will support technology-enabled services and initiatives to advance the mission of UL Standards & Engagement (ULSE) to make the world safer, more secure, and sustainable. The Senior CRM System Analyst will serve as a key contributor in the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization's CRM platform and related business systems. Leveraging technical knowledge of business applications and system functionality, the Senior CRM System Analyst will inform technology solution implementation, operational efficiency, and enhance user experience.

What you'll learn and achieve:

  • Provide functional and operational support of technology software and systems. Serve as the primary resource for day-to-day administration of the CRM platform, ensuring business systems operate effectively, meet evolving stakeholder needs and align with ULSE strategic objectives.
  • Continuously monitor, clean, and validate data to maintain high standards of data quality. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system and data related issues.
  • Deliver end-user support, training and guidance. Promote best practices related to data management, reporting, and CRM utilization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports by integrating data from multiple sources to convey complex information clearly, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with vendors and service providers, ensure effective communication, service delivery and contract compliance.
  • Support end-to-end projects, execute activities across the project lifecycle and ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Apply solutions and implement proactive strategies to address complex, undefined and ambiguous challenges.
  • Collaborate within the team to ensure team-level goal achievement and enable successful adoption and integration of technology solutions.
  • Support and facilitate internal and external meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other deliverables.
  • Maintain continued awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to continually improve performance and effectiveness of technology solutions.
  • Independently execute tasks that range in complexity and scope.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

Professional education and experience requirements for the role include:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 1 years related work experience.
  • Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Salesforce Certified Admin Certification (ADM 201) preferred.
