Location: Broussard, Louisiana

Full-time | Permanent


At DART Aerospace, we design and manufacture mission-critical aerospace equipment used by operators around the world. We're looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer support.


What You'll Do

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for technical customer inquiries while working closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Responding to technical support requests via phone, email, and Salesforce
  • Managing customer cases from initial inquiry through resolution
  • Coordinating warranty evaluations, RMAs, repair orders, and replacement parts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Monitoring case progress and ensuring timely customer communication
  • Supporting documentation, reports, and technical reviews
  • Traveling occasionally to support customer needs


What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience managing technical or customer support cases
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset)
