CRM System Expert
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Americas team, SANY is seeking a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated CRM System Expert, to lead the transformation of our CRM platform from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This role will serve as the primary CRM owner, partnering with business leaders, China headquarters, and implementation partners to drive CRM strategy, implementation, optimization, and long-term support.
With deep investment and backing from SANY Group, the Americas business continues to grow rapidly, and this role is critical to delivering competitive, customer-focused products that support long-term market expansion.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather business requirements and support solution design.
  • Lead the Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM migration.
  • Manage CRM implementation, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
  • Optimize business processes across sales, marketing, service, and dealer management.
  • Provide ongoing CRM administration, user support, training, and system enhancements.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and CRM analytics.
  • Support CRM governance, security, and data quality initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of AI-enabled CRM capabilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of CRM implementation experience.
  • 4+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
  • Experience participating in at least two large-scale CRM implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, and dealer management processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional business and technology projects.
  • Salesforce-to-Dynamics migration experience preferred.

PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Experience with companies such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo Construction Equipment, John Deere, Hitachi Construction Machinery, or similar organizations is highly preferred.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree or above required; master's degree preferred.
  • Preferred majors include Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.
CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED
  • Certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification
  • PMP Certification
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent English required.
  • Mandarin Chinese language skills strongly preferred.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Occasional domestic travel within the United States.
  • International travel to China as required by project needs.
