    • Deliver in-person training for Sales & Service teams on CRM usage and follow-up processes.
    • Lead regional best-practices meetings for dealership leadership.
    • Support newly acquired stores with CRM/ILM onboarding and process implementation.

Digital Retailing & Internet Operations

    • Guide Internet teams on website management and digital retailing best practices.
    • Be the dealership’s “go-to” expert on digital opportunities and lead handling.
    • Troubleshoot inventory syndication, merchandising, and pricing feeds.

CRM/ILM Training & Technical Expertise

    • Train users and managers on CRM, ILM, and related systems (DealerSocket, Xtime, etc.).
    • Interface with CRM/ILM vendors and third-party lead providers.
    • Ensure dealers stay compliant with OEM lead management rules and data safeguards.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

    • Own monthly enterprise reporting and benchmarking for leadership.
    • Track marketing campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key CRM performance trends.
    • Provide insights that influence store-level decisions and operational improvements.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of automotive retail sales or management experience (required).
  • Hands-on experience using an automotive CRM in a dealership environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales and service operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HTML/website management experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to travel and be available by phone when dealerships are open.
