The role:
As a CRM Executive at DAZN, you'll support the execution of CRM strategies across North America. You'll work across multiple channels to build targeted campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention. This role combines campaign execution, data-driven optimisation, and cross-team collaboration to enhance the fan experience and contribute to business performance.
You'll write engaging sports communications, collaborate with creative teams to develop big new ideas, and use data to understand how fans respond to our messaging. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and full of opportunity to learn, grow, and make your mark.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000. This is hybrid role which will be based mostly on site from our New York office.
  • Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) to drive engagement and retention. 
  • Support segmentation and personalisation strategies to improve campaign performance. 
  • Own day-to-day campaign setup, QA, and deployment to ensure accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying optimisation opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with content, product, design, and analytics teams to deliver aligned CRM output. 
  • Contribute to testing, automation, and continuous improvement of CRM activity. 
  • Support CRM planning around key sporting events and promotional moments.
  • Experience in a CRM or digital marketing role, ideally in a subscription or media business. 
  • Strong campaign execution and organisational skills with high attention to detail. 
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance insights. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams. 
  • Passion for sport and understanding of fan engagement behaviours. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
