Job Summary:
Lutron Electronics is a worldwide leader in innovative lighting control and shading solutions. In this role, you will lead the evolution of Lutron’s CRM platform and business enablement capabilities, partnering with various teams to improve customer relationship management and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional CRM and business enablement initiatives from intake through delivery
• Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and measurable success criteria
• Translate business needs into scalable CRM platform solutions across Salesforce and integrated business tools
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CRM capabilities across sales, marketing, and service teams
• Support account, contact, lead, campaign, and pipeline management processes within CRM platforms
• Improve customer engagement workflows across communications, trainings, events, and loyalty programs
• Partner with technical teams to prioritize enhancements and support platform governance
• Establish and track adoption, performance, and business impact metrics for CRM initiatives
• Drive process improvements that improve sales efficiency and customer engagement
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful rollout and sustained adoption
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive engagement and successful change

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field required, MBA preferred
• Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned OR 10+ years of professional experience post academics.
• 8+ years of professional work experience
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product management, sales, or partner enablement
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related customer data platforms
• Understanding of integrated business systems and enablement platforms
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives across business and technical teams
• Ability to define business requirements, establish success metrics, and drive project execution
• Proven influencing skills with the ability to create engagement and drive change
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to guide decisions
• Knowledge of CRM adoption, governance, and process improvement practices
Preferred:
• Industry knowledge within construction, architecture, or building-related markets
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools
