CRM Intern - Americas

Location: Miami-based

Department: Digital, Media & CRM – Americas

Reports to: Head of Media, Digital & CRM

Role Mission

Dolce&Gabbana Beauty is seeking a highly organized, digitally savvy, and proactive Digital & CRM Intern to support the team in executing high-impact marketing, e-commerce, and consumer retention initiatives across the Americas. This role requires a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude - the drive to redefine expectations in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will gain hands-on experience in e-retail marketing, digital content management, and the technical lifecycle of global CRM and loyalty programs, with great leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM, Loyalty & Consumer Engagement

  • Campaign Lifecycle Support: Assist in the end-to-end CRM campaign lifecycle, from technical setup and data handling to post-campaign performance optimization.
  • Loyalty Innovation: Support the partnership with Global HQ (Italy) to deploy innovative loyalty programs and enhance digital platform capabilities.
  • Omnichannel Acquisition: Help engineer data-collection programs via email and SMS for boutiques, retailers, and distributor markets to scale our consumer database.
  • Retention Planning: Support the development of high-impact minisites and targeted retention plans designed to scale the digital ecosystem across the US and LATAM.

2. Content Localization & Asset Management

  • Asset Support: Support the organization, preparation, and upload of digital assets across retailer platforms (PDPs, Brand Rooms, Retail Media Network). Be the Main POC for our Creative Development agency and work closely with Media and Digital Managers and Coordinators to gather all the required requests.
  • Regional Consistency: Coordinate asset adaptation and translation to ensure global consistency across the US and LATAM markets.
  • Brand Standards: Ensure all product copy, visuals, and enriched content align with global brand standards and luxury guidelines.
  • Deliverables Coordination: Ensure that all deadlines are met, including third parties and internal due dates for product launches (assets, copies), updates, campaigns submission and more.
  • Ratings & Reviews: Execute Ratings & Reviews campaigns by aligning internally with cross-functional partners and briefing the vendor in a timely manner.

3. Performance Audits & Market Intelligence

  • Digital Audits: Execute regular Product Detail Page (PDP) audits and CRM flow testing to identify errors and ensure best-in-class user experiences.
  • Benchmarking: Conduct competitor benchmarking using specialized tools (e.g., SimilarWeb, Syndigo) to identify digital and loyalty growth opportunities.
  • Innovation Support: Assist in monitoring digital innovation projects, including virtual try-ons and fragrance finder integrations.

4. Operational Support Media and Digital

  • Workflow Management: Manage administrative workflows, including the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor document management.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the execution of digital campaigns across Retail Media Networks (RMN), Media and CRM channels by assisting in asset development
  • Reporting & Decks: Assist in developing campaign recaps, tracking eCommerce updates, and preparing high-level brand decks for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements & Skills

  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude is essential; we need a candidate who is curious, resilient, and possesses a strong drive to grow within the company.
  • ·Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong capacity for data synthesis and analysis, with a high attention to detail for data-handling tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM platforms, SalesForce is a significant plus.
  • A passionate interest in luxury beauty, fragrances, and the latest trends in consumer loyalty and data-driven marketing.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred to support regional distributor markets.
