CRM Administrator (Entry-Level) | AI-Assisted Operations
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Contract-to-Hire | $24–$26/hr
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
Join a growing Consumer Experience team supporting a newly built in-house call center operation. We’re looking for an entry-level CRM Administrator to help manage daily system operations, support users, and assist with data accuracy and reporting. This role also includes exposure to emerging AI tools and automation.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day CRM support (user setup, troubleshooting, data accuracy)
- Run reports and maintain dashboards in CRM systems
- Monitor AI tools and automated workflows
- Support basic system configurations and updates
- Assist with monthly reporting and team updates
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–2 years of CRM or related experience
- Basic understanding of technology and AI concepts (no coding required)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting)
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
