We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our US site and remote employees across the US and LATAM. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring presence in the Manhattan office 3 days per week. This is a temporary role covering a maternity leave, starting June 2026 through approximately February 2027, with a potential for extension.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience across a global and scaling environment. You will partner closely with business leaders while also leading cross-functional and global HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR Business Partner for employees across the New York office, remote employees across the US, and LATAM.
- Partner with business leaders to deeply understand business goals and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Lead and execute core HR processes including performance management, employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Own the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding.
- Design and implement learning & development initiatives and support talent growth.
- Drive and support cross-functional and global HR projects and programs.
- Collaborate with global HR teams on workforce planning, recruiting, engagement, and organizational development.
- Continuously assess organizational needs and develop scalable solutions.
- Coach managers on leadership, performance, and team dynamics.
- Serve as a key ambassador of Optimove's culture and values in the US.
- Manage and support the local Office & Employee Experience Manager function in New York, ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a tech company.
- Strong experience in performance management, employee relations, and HR processes.
- Experience supporting distributed/global teams.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Experience working in a global organization - advantage.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of HR experience; Master's degree - an advantage.
This will be a hybrid role, coming into the office 3x a week. The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000-$145,000 per year, based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
