Job description

  • The Marketing Enablement & Operations Coordinator is an operations-based individual contributor responsible for the day-to-day "engine room" tasks that keep our global marketing ecosystem running smoothly. This role is designed for a process-driven professional who excels at organizational rigor, documentation, and cross-functional communication. They will serve as the primary source of truth for marketing tool access, vendor onboarding, and operational compliance.
  • Reporting to the Director of Marketing Enablement, they will focus on high-volume task management and workflow execution. They will be the "home base" for the team - the individual who ensures that requests are answered, payments are tracked, and global teams are following standardized protocols. Beyond the standard checklist, you will act as a proactive optimizer, using AI tools and automated flows to streamline manual processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all global onboarding requests for our marketing and media tools. You will also handle access requests for these tools, such as analysis and ad operations. Manage the central Marketing Enablement submission portal (Airtable) and maintain an up-to-date internal knowledge base for global users. Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues, advancing technical bugs to the relevant teams when necessary. Monitor global campaign compliance to ensure that digital ad accounts across Meta, TikTok, Spotify, and Google are applying standardized coding and integrations.

  • You have attention to detail: You are the definitive reference for data and status updates; accuracy is your top priority.
  • You are a "persistent chaser" - able to follow up on late payments or missing data with professional persistence.
  • You are passionate about music and are deeply interested in learning more about the technical infrastructure that powers global campaigns for your favorite artists.
