Job Title: CRM Analytics Analyst (Digital Marketing Data Infrastructure)
Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical and driven CRM Analytics Analyst to play a pivotal role in building, scaling, and maintaining our internal digital marketing data infrastructure. In this role, you will be integral in managing data procedures, schemas, documentation, and pipelines to ensure all marketing performance reporting is timely, reliable, and actionable.
This is a hands-on technical role split between maintaining core data architectures (40%) and engineering new pipelines, custom dimensions, and calculated metrics (60%). You will serve as a thought leader in marketing data operations, continuously optimizing data flows across enterprise data warehouses and advertising platforms. Key Responsibilities
Data Infrastructure & Pipeline Management (40%)
• Maintenance & Reliability: Oversee and maintain current marketing data pipelines, stored procedures, schemas, and technical documentation to ensure zero-downtime reporting.
• Warehouse Administration: Manage data warehouse environments, scheduling procedures, and data governance frameworks to maintain high data integrity.
New Infrastructure & Metric Development (60%)
• Custom Architecture: Architect and develop new data infrastructure, custom dimensions, and calculated metrics to support complex marketing attribution and campaign analysis.
• ETL & Integration: Design and implement automated data ingestion pipelines connecting digital advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics) directly to enterprise data repositories.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
• Experience Baseline: Professional experience in data engineering, data architecture, and CRM analytics within a large warehouse environment.
• Technical Mastery:
oAdvanced knowledge and practical proficiency in SQL for complex data transformation and querying.
oWorking knowledge of Python for scripting and data automation tasks.
oSignificant hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Core Competencies: Familiarity with setting up scheduled procedures, managing data pipelines, and integrating marketing data sources (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads). Strong PC skills including MS Office.
