As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch by leading and coaching your team, driving business development, ensuring operational excellence, and creating an environment where both employees and members thrive.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team through regular feedback, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Create an exceptional member experience by delivering personalized financial solutions and outstanding service.
  • Grow branch relationships through business development, community involvement, and member engagement.
  • Manage daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Analyze branch performance and implement strategies to achieve lending, deposit, membership, and service goals.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture aligned with the credit union's mission and core values.
