  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints-without sacrificing performance
  • Build creative systems that allow brand to scale across high-volume testing environments
  • Set and maintain a high bar for both storytelling and conversion-driven creative

Concepting & Copy Leadership

  • Lead development of insight-driven concepts rooted in audience behavior, platform nuance, and performance data
  • Own copy excellence across all surfaces (ads, app store, landing pages, CRM, organic/social)
  • Establish repeatable frameworks for messaging, hooks, and narratives that can scale globally
  • Act as final approver on key creative output

Performance Creative Strategy (UA, ASO, SEO)

  • Translate growth goals into channel-specific creative strategies and testing roadmaps
  • Partner with UA and analytics to identify performance drivers, gaps, and optimization opportunities
  • Build scalable testing systems across formats, audiences, and markets
  • Ensure creative is continuously iterated based on real performance data

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of creative production: briefing, concepting, creator sourcing, production, post, and delivery
  • Manage high-volume output across paid and owned channels
  • Own agency and creator relationships where applicable
  • Step in hands-on when needed (copywriting, scripting, creative problem-solving)

Creative Operations & Resourcing

  • Own intake, prioritization, and resourcing across brand and performance requests
  • Build systems for capacity planning, sprint management, and workflow visibility
  • Identify and implement process improvements, tooling, and AI integrations to increase efficiency
  • Ensure the team can operate at scale without burnout or bottlenecks

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop a team across copy, design, production, and creative ops
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on speed, accountability, and quality
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and growth paths for team members
  • Balance hands-on support with strategic leadership

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary creative partner to Growth, PMM, Brand, and Lifecycle teams
  • Intake and refine briefs, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment
  • Triage work based on impact, urgency, and resource availability
  • Communicate trade-offs and priorities clearly to stakeholders

Executive Communication

  • Present creative strategy, performance insights, and brand direction to senior leadership
  • Translate creative output into business impact and growth outcomes
  • Build trust in creative as a structured, scalable growth driver

  • Deep experience in performance channels (UA, paid social, ASO, SEO/landing pages, CRM)
  • Proven track record of leading high-output teams and improving creative operations
  • Experience building scalable creative systems, not just one-off campaigns
  • Strong production experience (UGC, creator ecosystems, agencies, in-house pipelines)
  • Highly organized, systems-oriented thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to balance brand integrity with performance demands-without defaulting to either extreme
