BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (required for candidates to be considered)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Must be able to produce quality work in a fast paced atmosphere
  • A solid understanding of design, color and typography principles
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to multiple project timelines
  • Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator are required.
  • Capabilities in native wireframing apps, After Effects, and other tools used to plan, present, and mock up UX concepts and interactions will be beneficial.
  • An affinity for current industry developments, design trends, and technologies
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem solving skills
  • An obsession with online shopping/e-commerce

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (optimal education and work experience):

  • Strong design acumen that begets quick decisions and execution
  • Ability to communicate, interact and present to diverse cross-functional audiences
  • Prior experience in eCommerce
  • Willing and able to learn/adapt quickly to new information, processes, and inputs
  • Handles ambiguity well
