Job description

This posting is intended for Accounting candidates who love balancing numbers and creative problem solving.  By submitting your application, you will be added to our talent pool for consideration as roles become available.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly bank reconciliations
  • Process and record Pre-Authorized Payments
  • Prepare intercompany reconciliations and invoices
  • Complete month end procedures and reporting requirements
  • Prepare year end working papers for external financial statement audits
  • Maintain policies and procedure manual relevant to accounting responsibilities
Requirements:

  • CPA designation or in the final year of CPA program would be well-regarded
  • 2+ years of experience in a progressively responsible accounting role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong work ethic, superior attention to detail and effective time management
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills in English
