The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of previous shop experience, the ability to perform most standard bike repairs with suspension experience being a plus, be familiar with ski/snowboard mounting and tuning, have strong customer service skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. This position may also require time spent on the sales floor.
