Position Summary

CFDay is seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to develop multimedia and visual assets for federal adult-learning and e-learning products supporting the National Institute of Corrections. The Graphic Designer will work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project leadership to create clear, engaging, and technically accurate visual content.

Key Responsibilities

· Create visual and multimedia assets for instructional and digital-learning products.

· Develop and manipulate graphics and multimedia supporting engaging learning experiences.

· Support animation and graphic development, including appropriate use of AI-assisted technologies.

· Collaborate with instructional designers to translate learning objectives and concepts into effective visual content.

· Maintain established design practices and rigorous quality standards.

· Support curriculum modernization and production throughout the development lifecycle.

Required

· Professional experience producing high-quality digital and instructional graphics.

· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

· Proficiency with Envato Elements.

· Experience creating and manipulating multimedia assets.

· Experience developing graphics for digital learning, instructional content, presentations, or comparable applications.

· Ability to collaborate closely with instructional designers and project-management personnel.

· Strong attention to technical accuracy and visual quality.

Preferred

· Experience developing graphics for federal or public-sector training.

· Experience with animation, motion graphics, or AI-assisted creative tools.

· Experience supporting e-learning development teams.
