Type - Contract (12 Months)

Pay Rate โ€“ $45.00 - $50.00 Per Hour (W2 Only)

We're looking for a strategic brand marketer who can blend consumer insights, storytelling, and franchise strategy to drive brand growth across content, consumer products, gaming, digital, publishing, marketing, and live experiences.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of globally recognized franchises while helping launch new original IP. You'll work with a collaborative team that partners across nearly every business within our clientโ€™s organization and directly impact how iconic brands connect with fans around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and support long-term franchise and brand strategies for global animated IP.
  • Create compelling franchise narratives, positioning, and brand messaging.
  • Build and maintain franchise bibles, brand guidelines, and strategic playbooks.
  • Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable growth strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Content, Marketing, Consumer Products, Games, Digital, Publishing, Regional Teams, and Commercial partners.
  • Create executive presentations, strategy decks, and leadership recommendations.
  • Support global launches, tentpole campaigns, anniversaries, and new franchise initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years in Brand Strategy, Franchise Management, Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or Entertainment Strategy.
  • Proven experience developing brand positioning, franchise strategies, or strategic marketing frameworks.
  • Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and PowerPoint/Keynote skills.
  • Strong ability to synthesize consumer insights into business and brand recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred

  • Entertainment, media, gaming, or consumer products experience.
  • Passion for animation, pop culture, and storytelling.
  • Experience with branding or marketing agencies.
  • MBA preferred.
