Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000/year + 2% uncapped commission
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Onsite
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexibility for evenings and weekends

Your Day to Day:

In this role, you'll be the first point of connection for aspiring creatives exploring our programs in design, fashion, art, and technology. You'll guide them through their decision-making process and help them take the next step toward achieving their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with prospective students through calls, meetings, and events to promote our arts and design programs.

  • Drive enrollment growth through consultative, relationship-based B2C sales strategies.

  • Plan and participate in recruitment events such as open houses, high school visits, and creative showcases.

  • Build strong relationships by providing personalized information on admissions requirements, program options, and student support services.

  • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from application to enrollment.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals by following up on leads, managing pipelines, and closing enrollments effectively.


What You Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum of 2 years' success in B2C sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Experience in education sales, private college admissions, retail, or other consultative sales environments.

  • Excellent communication skills with a confident phone and in-person presence.

  • Strong resilience, persistence, and ability to turn "no" into opportunity.

  • Professional sales training or a post-secondary degree/diploma is preferred.

  • A passion for arts, design, and creative education - you understand what drives creative individuals and love helping them find their path.

  • Experience using CRM systems or lead management tools.

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail in managing follow-ups and tracking leads.
